Chef Cat and Kiah will be hosting a series of Cooking Class fundraisers throughout the next year. Our goal is to continue to do what we love (teaching about food!) while we fundraise and build the Our Time kitchen. Crowdsourcing is one of many ways that we are going to be funding this projects and we wanted to share recipes we love as part of an exchange. We are kicking off our first Cooking Class on January 27th at 6pm with Beef Patties (vegetarian option: mushroom patties) with a Chimichurri sauce. Baltimore residents will have the option to pick up pre-packaged ingredients kits from the guilford neighborhood and out-of-towners will be e-mailed the recipe ahead of time in order to have all the ingredients on hand for the class.
